Cancellations:
Because of our limited number of rooms, cancellations significantly affect us. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we are unable to rebook your room, your deposit may be forfeited. Otherwise, deposit amounts are refunded less a 6% amount that represents the mid-range amount of what we may have paid to our merchant service provider for processing this credit card transaction. The full amount of your stay will be charged for departure earlier than specified in the reservation.
 Check-in time is between 3:00 and 9:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be later than 9:00 pm.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Pets: Although we love our pets, they are not allowed in the Inn.
Smoking in the Inn is restricted to our covered porch.
